We're building a dedicated Figma Pro Skill for NibWP, bringing Figma directly into your AI-powered WordPress workflow.
The goal isn't just to import designsβit's to give AI agents a real understanding of your Figma files so they can build, edit, and iterate on your WordPress site with far more context.
Imagine asking your AI to:
- Read your Figma design.
- Understand components, layouts, spacing, and styles.
- Recreate pages in WordPress using your preferred builder.
- Keep working on existing designs without starting from scratch.
- Convert Figma designs into any of your WP builders.
Question: What Figma workflow would save you the most time?
Let us know in the commentsβwe're building this for real agency and developer workflows.
Stop babysitting routine maintenance. With Jobs, NibWP can automatically perform recurring tasks on your websiteβnot just remind you to do them.
Schedule tasks such as:
- Scan for broken links
- Run security checks
- Update plugins and themes
- Clean up and optimize your database
Run them once, daily, or weekly. Pause, resume, or stop any job whenever you need.
You're always in control:
- Preview exactly what a job will do before it runs
- Require approvals before critical actions are performed
- Receive clear reports showing what was completed and what needs attention
- Monitor every job from a unified activity timeline
This is an early Beta release. We're shipping it now so you can help shape its future. Try it, put it through its paces, and let us know what you'd like to automate next.
What repetitive WordPress task would you automate first?

One of our biggest updates yet is ready.
Version 1.1.0 introduces Workflows β reusable playbooks that AI agents can actually follow. Create a process once, reuse it anywhere, and let AI execute tasks consistently without repeating the same instructions.
We're launching with 18 ready-made workflows across 9 categories, featuring creator attribution, pinning, automatic routing, and flexible visibility. Keep workflows private, license them, or share them with the community.
We're also introducing the NibWP Library β a central hub where workflows and other assets can be shared, discovered, rated, and improved by the community.
Another addition is workflow popularity. Built-in workflows can now be upvoted across all NibWP installations, helping the most useful workflows naturally rise to the top based on real-world use.
Version 1.1.0 is more than a feature update. It's the foundation for a collaborative ecosystem where developers, agencies, and AI agents can build on proven processes instead of starting from scratch every time.
We're now putting the final polish on the release and can't wait to get it into your hands.
Something BIG is coming to NibWP...
We've been quietly working behind the scenes on one of the biggest updates we've ever built.
β¨ Workflows.
Imagine giving your AI agent a goal once... and letting it handle the entire process.
Need to publish content every week? Audit your SEO? Build pages? Update WooCommerce? Optimize performance? Maintain your WordPress site? Connect multiple tools together?
Soon, you'll be able to create powerful AI workflows that automate all of it.
This isn't just automation.
It's a new way of working with WordPress.
Build once. Reuse forever. Trigger manually, on a schedule, or from your own applications.
We're putting the finishing touches on it, and we can't wait to show you what's possible.
Stay tuned... π
The next chapter of AI-powered WordPress is almost here.

Quick milestone to share with you all: NibWP is now on the official WordPress.org plugin directory.
Until now, installing NibWP meant downloading a ZIP file and uploading it manually. Starting today, it's as simple as any other plugin. Just head to Plugins β Add New, search for "NibWP", and click Activate. You'll also receive automatic updates going forward.
If you're newer to the group, here's the short version of what NibWP does:
It turns your WordPress site into an MCP server. In plain terms, that means an AI agent β Claude, or any other MCP-capable assistant β can connect directly to your site and actually do the work, through a proper permissioned interface. Not "here's some code to paste," but real actions on your real site.
A few things that looks like in practice:
β’ "Find every post tagged 'tutorial' from last year and add a callout linking to the new guide." β done.
β’ "Update the site tagline and fix the drafts with broken image links." β done.
β’ "Pull my last 10 posts and tell me which ones are thin on internal links." β done.
And you stay in control of what it's allowed to touch β it's permissioned, not a free-for-all.
How to get it:
- Plugins β Add New in your dashboard
- Search "NibWP"
- Install + Activate
(or grab it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/nibwp/
Two small asks, if you've got a minute:
β’ Install it and tell us what works and what doesn't. Your feedback genuinely shapes what ships next.
β’ If you find it useful to you (You'll hopefully), a short review on the plugin page helps more people find it π β reviews are most of what gets a new plugin noticed in the directory.
Thanks for being here for this one. More coming.π€©
